SanRex introduces High Power & Low Loss Schottky Barrier
Diode Modules and a Board Mount 3-Phase Diode Bridge.

Osaka Japan, --- June 22, 2007 -- Sansha Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. the parent company of SanRex Corporation introduces two new devices.

SanRex has introduced a New Three Phase Diode Bridge DF-NA series which features bridge diodes in compact transfer mold SIP package. This package advantage typically reduces the needed connecting parts lowering the manufacturing cost. It also contributes to the reliability of the component and to a more efficient assembly

SanRex has also expanded its Schottky Barrier Diode family to include a module T)-244 having a rating of 400A,100V. Thanks to SanRex outstanding metal barrier technology, BKR400AB10 offers a lower forward voltage drop, and a lower thermal resistance with a 50% lower leakage current compared to other brands. In addition, an improved avalanche energy rating and a high case temperature will provide for high efficiency and reliable operation in wide variety of applications.
