SanRex introduces Three Phase Diode Bridge with Built-in Thyristor
Osaka Japan, --- Aug. 25, 2005 -- Sansha Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. the parent company of SanRex Corporation introduces five new devices.

SanRex expands its three phase bridge diode family to include modules with a built-in Thyristor. The new DFA series is designed for three phase full wave rectification requiring soft starting. The Built-In Thyristor works to prevent inrush current to the circuit with high reliability by eliminating the mechanical relay contact. The new DFA series has very low forward conduction losses (VF/VT) and low thermal resistance (Rthj-c) .
